We use 13 natural and clean ingredients. Each have a purpose for your oral health. A happy mouth equals a happy you.

NO SULPHATES OR PARABENS

Most conventional toothpaste contain SLS, which is often petroleum based can affect people with sensitivities. We use a gentle, natural foaming agent derived from coconuts called sodium cocoyl isethionate.

NANO-HYDROXYAPATITE(10%)

In other words, a fluoride alternative that was developed by NASA. 10% nano-hydroxyapatite has been clinically proven to remineralize tooth enamel at the same level as fluoride.

DELICIOUS MINTY FLAVOUR

Trust us! None of that chalky flavour here. We use a blend of peppermint oil, spearmint oil and menthol for that crisp, clean feeling.

 LOW ABRASION

Fear not! If you have sensitive teeth Essential has lower abrasiveness than many conventional sensitive toothpastes. RDA Value of 50.34

PLASTIC FREE

There will be no plastic in any of our products. EVER. Our pouches are  home compostable and certified OK Home Compost and AS 5810.

The best toothpaste tabs out there !

I absolutely love these toothpaste, tabs! In fact, my teeth have become less sensitive since I have started using them. I love how it foams like a traditional toothpaste, but with none of the horrible chemicals or fluoride. The only minor issue I have is they start to get soft and fall apart near the end of the pack, but certainly still usable. Love them !

Thanks so much for your review and feedback. We are working diligently about the minor issue. I typically pour my tablets in a cute airtight glass jar for my bathroom. Put the rest of the tabs and packaging within a dry cool area of the bathroom. Then refill when jar when needed. Thanks again for the feedback!!

I've made the switch!

These toothpaste tabs are great! I love the minty taste and I find they genuinely make my teeth feel cleaner and my breath fresher than regular toothpaste. Knowing that you're using a sustainable product with clean ingredients is also a big plus.
